This “Illumination Text” is prepared for suppliers whose personal data we process, supplier employees/representatives, and persons/employees receiving products or services. As Voltran Av Silahları ve İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your related rights within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”).

I- Data Controller

The company is the owner of the https://blank-pistol.com/ website and operates at Sanayi Mahallesi Uran Sokak No:7 Kurtköy, 34906 Pendik/ISTANBUL. As the data controller within the scope of KVKK, we process your personal data, including criminal conviction and security measures, finance, physical space security, visual and auditory records, communication, identity, professional experience, customer transactions, and weapon data.

II- Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed for purposes such as conducting employee candidate/intern/student selection and placement processes, conducting educational activities, conducting finance and accounting works, ensuring physical space security, conducting assignment processes, conducting communication activities, conducting occupational health/safety activities, conducting logistics activities, conducting product/service purchase processes, conducting post-sales support services for products/services, conducting product/service sales processes, conducting risk management processes, conducting contract processes, and providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations.

III- To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations to fulfill legal obligations; with our suppliers consisting of law firms, accounting offices, and customs brokerage firms for the purpose of conducting logistics and customs activities, conducting finance and accounting works, and following up legal matters; and with our OSGB consultancy firm supplier for the purposes of conducting occupational health/safety activities, conducting assignment processes, and conducting educational activities.

IV- Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is obtained verbally, in writing, or electronically, through automatic or non-automatic methods, based on legal reasons stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, including the fulfillment of legal obligations, the requirement of the law, and the signing of contracts. In this context, it is processed through non-automatic methods such as phone calls, face-to-face communication, signing contracts, issuing invoices, etc., and through automatic methods via the camera recording system located in common areas and workspaces.

V- Your Rights Within the Scope of Article 11 of the KVKK

Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, titled “Rights of the Related Person,” you can submit your requests regarding your rights by filling out all the information specified in the Application Form, pursuant to Article 11 and Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by:

a-) Coming in person to the company headquarters at “Sanayi Mahallesi Uran Sokak No:7 Kurtköy, 34906 Pendik/ISTANBUL” address,

b-) Sending a notarized or registered letter to our headquarters address in writing to verify your identity and avoid giving information to the wrong people,

c-) Sending an electronic mail to “info@blank-pistol.com” using the electronic mail address registered in our systems and notified to our company or by other methods to be determined by the Board in the future.

Your requests in your application will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined in the tariff specified by the Personal Data Protection Board in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be charged.
